Sue Mueller – Principal Consultant and co-founder of Integrity Consulting.
Sue is considered a trusted advisor by many of the executives she works with. Working at Miller Brewing Company in management positions in several different disciplines in her early years (IT, Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Market Research, Promotions, Pricing, Marketing Systems), she gained a strong knowledge of corporate business integration and business interfaces. Sue understands how processes and decisions made by one department can impact another. She brings the right decision-makers together for successful process change implementations.
Sue continued her career in consulting, first, with Information Resources, where she managed both Hershey’s and Kellogg’s accounts for custom development projects. These major companies were two of the top five accounts for Information Resources. Next Sue moved to Coopers & Lybrand’s Supply Chain Center of Excellence. In Management Consulting, Sue worked with a variety of Fortune 500 clients. Her typical role was problem solver: Sue was introduced into client situations as the consultant who could understand the issues, synthesize data, interviews, information and observations. She would summarize the problems and develop recommendations to resolve each problem.
As co-founder of Integrity Consultingin 1998, Sue has continued to bring value to corporations, attacking challenging projects that improved the bottom line, streamlined business processes, fixed broken systems, and restructured departments for better performance.
