These tools are employed during projects, and each tool has a companion process. You are welcome to download them. However the processes and training are vital to their successful deployment.

Charter – Long form – Used as a communication tool to initiate a project. Also used throughout the project.

Charter Lite – Short form for projects 2 months or less and a single deliverable.
